Lio is the leader of the alleged terrorist group Mad Burnish, who fights on behalf of the group of people known as Burnish who manipulates the flames born by mutation and uncontrolled fiery rage. Contrary to his cool appearance, Lio manipulates a special flame, Burnish Flare, and burns everything he can. His motto: "You cannot live without burning!"
